1. Introduction At Adorabook.com, we strive to provide high-quality, custom-made books. As each book is unique, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. 2. Defective or Damaged Products If you receive a defective or damaged product, please follow these steps: Contact Us: Notify us within 7 days of receiving the book by emailing hi@myadorabook.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Assessment: We will review your request and may ask for photos of the defect or damage. Return Approval: If approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label. Refund or Replacement: Once we receive the defective book, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference. 3. Non-Returnable Items Custom-made books are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. 4.
